The Illusion Factory produced and edited numerous seasons of Friends promos, sales reels and featurettes for Warner Bros. International Television, as well as building the Friends websites domestically and internationally, designed and produced games for the website. For Warner Bros. Television and Bright/Kaufman/Crane Productions, The Illusion Factory produced the Emmy Consideration campaigns for Friends including The One Where They Finally Won The Emmy Awards (Best Comedy Series and Best Actress in a Comedy – Jennifer Aniston.) The Illusion Factory also produced the Friends congratulatory ads, as well as the magazine covers commemorating the finale episode.

Friends was created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman. It starred Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer.
